Cancel a purchase / request a return

Log in with the email address you used for your purchase and the one-time code sent to you. Open the order, select the items you wish to cancel or return, and confirm your request. You will receive an acknowledgement by email. You can notify us of your withdrawal even before the goods have been dispatched. If an order is delivered in several parts, the withdrawal period starts when the last item is received. You can also notify us at bokning@jorulf.se; using the electronic function is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, starting on the day after you receive the goods. Clearly notify us within this period at bokning@jorulf.se or by letter to Anders Jorulf AB, Tegnérsvägen 9, 147 31 Tumba, Sweden. Please include your order number, name and the goods you wish to return. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form; using the form is not a requirement.

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You may examine the goods to the extent needed to establish their characteristics and function. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for actual diminished value where the statutory conditions are met. Original packaging is not required for the statutory right of withdrawal, but pack the goods so that they are protected during transport.

Returns within 30 days

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer the option to request a return within 30 days of receipt for unused goods in their original condition and original packaging. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your right to complain about defects.

Return shipping and return address

If you withdraw from a purchase, you pay the direct cost of return shipping. Please contact us for instructions. Return address: Anders Jorulf AB, Tegnérsvägen 9, 147 31 Tumba, Sweden. For a justified complaint about defective or damaged goods, we cover the necessary return costs.

Refunds

For statutory withdrawal, we issue a refund within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back. When the entire purchase is returned, the cost of standard delivery is also refunded; the additional cost of a more expensive delivery option does not have to be refunded. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Defects and damage in transit

Contact bokning@jorulf.se if the goods are defective, damaged or do not match your order. For consumer purchases under Swedish law, you have a three-year right to complain about original defects. Notify us within a reasonable time; notification within two months of discovering the defect is always considered timely. We cover necessary costs for justified complaints. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
