General terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases of books and photographic prints from Anders Jorulf AB. Updated October 3, 2026.

Products and ordering

Photographs are produced on Fine Art Paper. The format, image, presentation and what is included are specified on each product page and by your selection at checkout. Panoramic works are sold as a pair of two equal-sized panels as described in the product details. Photographs are shipped rolled in protective tubes. Room images are illustrations; furniture and furnishings are not included. Screen settings may affect colour reproduction without limiting your right to complain about defective goods.

The book Själslig ro – I nordiskt landskap is sold signed. Check the image, presentation, quantity and delivery address before ordering. Order details are confirmed by email. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor, including applicable VAT. Shipping is charged separately, and the total price is shown before the order is completed. You can use the payment options shown at checkout. Any terms of the payment provider are shown when you select a payment method. The availability of Klarna and other payment options may depend on the country and the customer's circumstances.

Shipping and delivery

We ship with PostNord or DHL. Estimated delivery time is 10–14 calendar days from the order date. Customs processing for international deliveries may take additional time. If there is a delay, we will contact you; your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Book shipping is 100 SEK per books-only order to countries available at checkout. For photographic prints, shipping is 149 SEK to Sweden, 449 SEK to the specified EU destinations and 299 SEK to the other existing delivery destinations. See the shipping policy for countries and combined orders. Import charges outside the EU may apply if they are not included in the checkout total.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting on the day after you receive the goods. The store's existing offer of returns within 30 days is retained for unused goods. The longer return period does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal. Contact bokning@jorulf.se with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase or make a return. Please include the order number and the goods concerned. Complaints about defects

For consumer purchases under Swedish law, you have the right to complain about original defects for three years from receipt. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect; notification within two months is always considered timely. Contact us and describe the defect. Please include photographs in cases of damage in transit. We cover the necessary costs for a justified complaint and handle repairs, replacements, price reductions or termination of the purchase in accordance with the law.

Personal information and copyright

Information about the processing of personal information is available in our privacy policy. Buying a physical print or book does not transfer copyright in the photographs. Reproduction and commercial use require separate permission.

The store and Shopify

The store uses Shopify's commerce platform. Your purchase agreement is with Anders Jorulf AB, which is responsible for the goods, delivery and handling of your purchase.

Disputes and applicable law

Contact us first if you are dissatisfied. As a consumer, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, if the case meets the board's requirements, or a competent court. Swedish law applies without restricting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
